TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for the use of the website and the purchase of goods from

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between VUBA BULGARIA Ltd., a limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria under UIC 207435690, with registered office at Sofia, Mladost District, Block 458, Entrance 7, Floor 6, represented by Mr. Mihail Valentinov Veshev and Ms. Elina Mladenova Hadzhieva (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”), and the users of the website petrafix.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”).

By accessing and using the website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any part, You may not use the Service. Access is permitted only to persons over 18 years of age.

2. DEFINITIONS

Company / Supplier – VUBA BULGARIA Ltd., operating through petrafix.gr.
Service – the website petrafix.gr and its functionalities.
User / You – the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Account – a unique profile created by the User to access certain functionalities.
Device – any device (computer, smartphone, tablet) that can access the Service.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The website provides information about the products and services of the Supplier and allows Users to place orders. By placing an order, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.

4. ORDERS AND AGREEMENT

4.1. Orders may be placed via the online store or through the provided contact details.
4.2. An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by the Supplier via e-mail.
4.3. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, pricing errors, or other objective circumstances, by notifying the User in due time.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

5.1. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
5.2. Payments are made online by credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway.
5.3. Card details are not stored by the Supplier.

6. DELIVERY

6.1. Deliveries are carried out by courier companies within Bulgaria and abroad, if available.
6.2. Delivery times are specified individually for each order.
6.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the User from the moment the goods are handed over to the courier.

7. WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND COMPLAINTS

7.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
7.2. Goods may be returned only after written confirmation from the Supplier.
7.3. Complaints regarding non-conformity must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.
7.4. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

8. USER ACCOUNTS

When creating an account, the User must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for safeguarding their password and for all actions carried out through their account. The Supplier reserves the right to terminate accounts in case of violations of these Terms.

9. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The Supplier is responsible for the conformity of goods with the contract, in accordance with applicable legislation. In case of non-conformity, the User has the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Supplier shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities. The total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the goods or services.

11. “AS IS” DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. The Supplier does not guarantee that the website will operate without interruptions or errors.

12. DATA PROTECTION

The Supplier processes Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are provided in the separate PRIVACY POLICY published on the website.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and failing that – by the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria.

14. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by the Supplier to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

15. AMENDMENTS

The Supplier may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the changes on the website. Continued use of the website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
