Payment Terms

for purchases from VUBA BULGARIA Ltd. via the website petrafix.gr

1. General Provisions
These Payment Terms govern the methods and procedures for making payments when purchasing from VUBA BULGARIA Ltd. through the website petrafix.gr.

2. Currency and Prices
2.1. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
2.2. For payments made in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate of the servicing bank at the time of the transaction shall apply.

3. Method of Payment
3.1. All payments are made online by credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway.
3.2. Card details are not stored by the Supplier.

4. Terms and Conditions
4.1. Orders are processed and fulfilled only after confirmation of payment by the payment system.
4.2. In cases of failed or declined payments, VUBA BULGARIA Ltd. reserves the right to refuse order execution.

5. Invoicing
5.1. Invoices are issued only upon the client’s explicit request.
5.2. The client must provide accurate billing details when requesting an invoice.
5.3. The invoice is sent to the client’s e-mail address specified in the order, and may also be provided in paper form upon request.

6. Payment Security
6.1. All payments are carried out via secure channels and certified payment service providers.
6.2. VUBA BULGARIA Ltd. does not store card data beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction.

7. Refunds
7.1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the client is entitled to a refund within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice.
7.2. Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
