RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
for purchases from VUBA BULGARIA Ltd. via the website petrafix.gr
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
1.1. Every client – consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU.
1.2. To exercise this right, the client must send written notice to sales.petrafix@gmail.com, stating the order number, date, name, and phone number.
1.3. The return of goods shall only be carried out after written confirmation from VUBA BULGARIA Ltd.
2. CONDITIONS AND ADDRESS FOR RETURN
2.1. Goods must be returned complete, in their original commercial condition and without signs of use, except as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
2.2. Deadline for return: up to 14 days from the date of written confirmation from the Supplier under item 1.3.
2.3. Return address: Scientific and Industrial Zone Iskar, 16 Amsterdam Street, 1582 Sofia, Bulgaria.
2.4. Return costs are borne by the client, except in cases of defective, non-conforming, or incorrectly delivered goods.
3. REFUNDS
3.1. We refund all payments received, including the standard cost of initial delivery (excluding additional charges for express services), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
3.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. VUBA BULGARIA Ltd. reserves the right to delay the refund until the goods are received back or until proof of dispatch has been provided – whichever occurs first.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
4.1. The client may cancel an order before it has been handed over to the courier by notifying us at sales.petrafix@gmail.com or by phone at +359 882 721 270.
4.2. In case of successful cancellation before dispatch, all paid amounts shall be fully refunded.
5. COMPLAINTS
5.1. In case of non-conformity of the delivered goods with the contract, the client has the right to submit a complaint.
5.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing to sales.petrafix@gmail.com, preferably including a description, photos (if possible), and proof of purchase.
5.3. Deadline for submitting a complaint: within 1 day from the date of delivery.
6. EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to:
– goods manufactured according to the client’s specifications or custom-made;
– goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate rapidly;
– sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
