DELIVERY POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This DELIVERY POLICY governs the method, terms, and deadlines for deliveries of goods ordered from VUBA BULGARIA Ltd. through the website petrafix.gr.

2. DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

2.1. All delivery conditions – timeframe, cost, and method – are determined after the order has been placed and confirmed by the Supplier.
2.2. The client receives written or telephone confirmation with detailed information regarding the delivery.
2.3. In case of express or specialized delivery requirements, conditions are agreed individually.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

3.1. Deliveries are carried out only within the territory of Greece.
3.2. For each order, the specific delivery address and the courier company will be confirmed.

4. TIMEFRAMES

4.1. Delivery timeframes depend on product availability and the client’s location within Greece.
4.2. If the goods are in stock, delivery is usually carried out within 3–7 business days.
4.3. In case of any delay, the client will be informed promptly.

5. DELIVERY COSTS

5.1. The delivery cost is communicated to the client upon confirmation of the order.
5.2. Delivery costs are borne by the client unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

6. ORDER HANDOVER

6.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the client within Greece.
6.2. Upon receipt, the client must inspect the shipment and immediately notify the Supplier of any discrepancies.

7. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

7.1. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the client from the moment the shipment is handed over to the courier.
7.2. Ownership of the goods is transferred to the client after full payment and receipt of the goods.
